As a key member of the team, I focused on enhancing the website’s usability, performance, and accessibility while introducing innovative features. I developed a comprehensive test plan detailing procedures, testing environments, automation frameworks, and team responsibilities to ensure reliability.

I communicated outcomes transparently through bi-weekly test reports, enabling continuous improvement of the website’s quality. Regular meetings with stakeholders—including the product owner, scrum master, and lead developer—ensured our actions aligned with project objectives. In addition to planning, I contributed to the development of essential site features.
